At Hooberry, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality packaging solutions for your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges under the following conditions.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-printed or personalized packaging products

  • Opened or used items (such as rolls, labels, or sealers)

  • Clearance or promotional sale items


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at info@hooberry.com

    1. Provide your order number, photo/video proof of the issue, and a brief explanation.

    2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping.

    Note:

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

    • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


    3. Exchange Policy

    If you received a defective or wrong item, we will:

    • Replace the product with a new one (subject to stock availability), or

    • Offer store credit for future purchases.

    If the desired replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued after product inspection.


    4. Refunds

    After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
    Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

    Please note that:

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a hooberry error.

    • Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.


    5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately with photos or videos within 48 hours of delivery.
    We will prioritize your case and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


    6. Cancellations

    Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but can be processed as a return after delivery.
