• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all states across India, including rural and remote locations, through trusted courier partners such as DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, and India Post.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Kerala: 7–15 business days

• Other Indian States: 15–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or regional factors.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and delivery location.
